Program Executability Directorate provides senior council to DoD and NRO space system program offices in the areas of system engineering and acquisition with emphasis on mission assurance and program executability. The Project Engineer (PE) is responsible for assuring the technical and programmatic integrity and consistency of a program’s strategic and life-cycle plan, requirements, concepts, and solicitation and source selection products. For any given program, the PE will lead their customer SPO teams through each step of operational and technical requirements definition, acquisition strategy planning, risk assessment and management, solicitation and source selection.
