Description:
Our Las Vegas, NV, office has an exciting opportunity for a Service Administrator. In this role you will serve as the key point of contact for our customers, employees and guests/clients. We are seeking a motivated and engaging person who enjoys multi-tasking, learning on the job, and providing simultaneous support in a service and administrative capacity.

Job Expectations:
This list is ILLUSTRATIVE ONLY, and is not a comprehensive listing of all functions and duties performed.  Essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Schedule and/ or assist in scheduling service work to include inspections, deficiency, and T&M work orders
  • Invoicing of service work orders and AR dispute resolution
  • Manage logistics/ material for Inspections
  • Process annual renewals of all Inspection agreements
  • Manage/ update Intents of Lien, Affidavits, Compliance Depot, Pinnacle, Greystar, W9,  Service Agreement information
  • Attend WIP meetings and provide updates/ meeting minutes
  • Manage monitoring process and daily timer test reporting
  • Format and word process complex documents, reports and contracts, spreadsheets, graphics and other diverse content
  • Entering Payroll/ Certified Payroll through various portals, excel and word documents
  • Other duties as assigned
     
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • High School degree required, AA or college degree preferred
  • 3 + years’ experience in a customer service role and in a professional office setting preferred
  • Must be able to work Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
  • Must be positive, flexible, reliable, responsive, self-motivated, able to multi-task and work both independently and in a team environment, and under deadline pressures
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills required
  • Good written and verbal communication skills required
  • Candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
