Job Description
Organize cost data for use by subject matter experts; own the maintenance of preconstruction databases and the creation of data models in accordance with internal data standards; analyze existing data sets to find patterns, trends or risk that influence decision making; communicate findings through dashboarding, reporting, written analysis or presentation; support and align efforts of analysts across different departments; manage internal customer requests, prioritize data projects in alignment with company impact, data readiness and level of effort; and create the foundation for predictive cost modeling based on internal and external data sources. Position requires domestic/international travel up to 5% of the time as is customary and needed for the occupation.
Job Requirements
The qualified candidate must have at least a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Analytics or a closely related field; the qualified candidate must have 3 years (36 months) of experience with all the following: (a) process of design, fabrication and construction for complex data projects; (b) construction segmentations such as market sector, procurement method or contract type; (c) business process associated with Destini Estimator, Microsoft Dynamics, Procore and BuildingConnected; and (d) utilizing all the following tools/technologies: PowerBI, SQL, Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, Python and R. All experience may be gained concurrently.
