Description and Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Sr. Digital Designer with exceptional art direction abilities to join the Global Digital & Social Team in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of design principles, and the ability to translate creative concepts into visually appealing digital experiences. The Sr. Digital Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing innovative design solutions across various digital platforms, such as web, CRM, and social.

Responsibilities:

* Creative Conceptualization: Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative and visually compelling design concepts for digital campaigns, websites, social media, and other online platforms for our product portfolio.

* Art Direction: Provide clear and strategic art direction to guide the creative team in achieving the desired visual style and tone for projects. Ensure that the creative output aligns with the campaign creative and business objectives.

* Digital Design: Create visually appealing and user-friendly digital designs, including website layouts, social media graphics, email templates, and interactive multimedia elements.

* Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, developers, and product marketers, to bring creative concepts to life and ensure seamless integration of design elements across various digital channels.

* UX Focus: Advocate for user-centered design principles, ensuring that digital designs enhance user experience and usability.

Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field

* 7+ years relevant experience.

* Proven experience with a strong portfolio showcasing digital design and art direction skills.

* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

* Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and the ability to create designs that prioritize user experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and justify design concepts to stakeholders and team members.

* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

* Experience in storyboarding is a plus
